Unfortunately, we have experienced that a small number of devices stop charging at 86%. This may be because the cells need to restart. This is done following these steps:
1/ The power bank must discharge completely (0%).
2/ The power bank must be without power for at least 5 hours.
3/ Following that, recharge the power bank. Check that the battery charges up to 100%
